What are RSS Feeds?
RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the information in one place, as soon as it is published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.
Feeds are also known as RSS, 'Really Simple Syndication'. The feeds are web pages, designed to be read by computers.
How do I read RSS feeds?
The first thing you need is a RSS reader. There are many different types, both browser based and those which are downloadable applications.

Simply click on the orange RSS button beside the feed you want to receive and then paste the url of that feed into your reader. eg with the Google reader click on the + Add Subscription button in the left hand menu. Paste the url in and then click on add.
